All Things Resume

The turnaround time varies depending on the service package selected, but typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
If you don’t currently have a resume, it’s no problem. We will use the information from the Career Questionnaire to create your new resume. It includes all of the information we need. Alternatively, you can also download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF to create a resume for us to use. Either way, we will guide you through the process.
All of our resume templates are custom designed and have been tested on the market to be compliant for all of the top Applicant Tracking Systems used by top companies today.
While most providers in this space charge you top dollar, then outsource their work overseas, we don’t believe in compromising on the quality our clients get. We strive to get you the most powerful results in your job search and we simply can’t do that without the knowledge we have obtained working as recruiters. Your resume will be written by Irina Scarborough herself.

Process

You’ll select your desired package and check out on our services page.

Once complete, you will be emailed a link to your portal, login with your email and password, upload your existing resume and complete the Career Questionnaire.

Your resume writer will be in touch with you shortly after.

There is a chat feature inside the portal so that you can have 1:1 communication with your writer.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required upfront to initiate the resume writing process. We do not offer payment installments.
We currently do not offer discounts as our prices reflect the high quality and personalized attention each resume receives. LinkedIn Optimization

An optimized LinkedIn profile is one that effectively showcases your professional brand, expertise, and accomplishments to attract attention from recruiters, potential employers, and professional connections.

When all the sections have been properly filled out, the profile will be an “all–star” profile.

Due to LinkedIn’s terms & conditions, we are unable to login to your profile.

You will receive an in depth document (with videos) that will have all of the changes we suggest you make.

You will copy and paste it directly into your profile.

We are happy to review the final profile and provide video feedback on anything else that should be added/changed.

Optimized LinkedIn profiles serve two purposes: once a recruiter likes your resume, they will immediately check you out on LinkedIn. If they like what they see there, they will call you for an interview.

The second, is being found in the search results on LinkedIn Recruiter, a backend service recruiters and hiring mangers use to source for candidates like you.

Having an optimized LinkedIn can 20X your job search, by opening the door to passive opportunities, alongside your active job search.

Our Team

Irina was both a staffing agency and corporate recruiter. She worked for companies like ADP and Goldman Sachs, as well as smaller startups like Investopedia. She also helped recruit for Top AM Law Firms like Kirkland Ellis, Clifford Chance, Ropes & Gray.

She’s helped prep, interviewed, and hired thousands of candidates for companies that hold the strictest hiring practices. She’s worked inside several top applicant tracking systems and worked alongside hiring managers to make hiring decisions.

In 2018, she left the corporate world to start Resumeology and help job seekers land roles in the same top companies that she worked for.

Having working knowledge of what it takes to get hired at these companies is the biggest advantage of working with her.

Irina is the only person that works on your resume. We never outsource our work to anyone. You will have direct communication with her inside the portal.

Yes, we offer personalized interview coaching sessions to help you prepare effectively and confidently for job interviews. You can find this offer under “Additional Services” on the top menu bar.

Most job seekers require the Professional Branding Package of Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Optimization, as all three work together to help you get the interview.

However, keeping your budget and career goals in mind, we offer packages that offer more or less options.
